Oversee Operations & Brokerage compliance for this medium size Broker/FF in the Jacksonville, FL area

EXPECTATIONS

• Oversee Operation & broker compliance for this medium size Broker/FF
• Manage regulatory compliance with all gov’t agencies
• Work with AMS/AES, all in-bond transactions
• Manage a small team
• Responsible ensuring compliance with Customs brokerage & ops requirements
• Provide supply chain compliance guidance
• Provide training where needed

ESSENTIALS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customs Broker’s License a plus (highly preferred!)
• Customs Brokerage Regulatory/Trade Compliance experience required
• Supply Chain management experience preferred
• People management experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience working for a Customs Broker or FF International Operations
• Ability to train on imports/export regulations
• Some relocation assistance available to the Jacksonville area
