HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW

Compliance working position for this mid-size Customs Brokerage firm in the Charlotte, NC area.

EXPECTATIONS

• Compliance related position – post entry, drawback, working with/oversight of other offices on Compliance related matters
• Responsible for user fees, permits, status reports
• Will work with specific clients – so hands on filing work
• Auditing/Procedures/Compliance
• Keep upper Management fully informed of any & all Customs and operational related issues

ESSENTIALS

• Degree preferred
• Customs Brokers License required
• Looking for a min of 5 yrs experience
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Some relocation assistance available to the Charlotte, North Carolina area
