HIGH LEVEL OVERVIEW

Will be responsible for Regulatory/Customs regulations – Buffalo, NY area – locals only

EXPECTATIONS

• Responsible for Regulatory/Customs Regulations – SME for the group on Customs
• NAFTA, FDA, classifications, valuations, ADD/CVD and other compliance related reviews
• Post Entry work
• Will work with Surety Bonds and client set ups
• Will help with training locally and to other sites
• Must have excellent customer service skills

ESSENTIALS

• Degree preferred but not required
• Licensed Customs Broker required
• 5-7 yrs Customs experience required of which 2 preferably working with Customers/consulting
• Experience with Post Entry required
• Classification, Valuation, ADD/CVD, NAFTA, OGA’s experience required
• Experience in Microsoft applications
• Must have excellent Customs Service skills
