What You’ll Do: • Deliver hands-on and classroom instruction in your trade specialty • Teach industry best practices, safety standards, and real-world applications • Prepare students for entry-level employment in the skilled trades • Mentor and guide students toward successful career paths • Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or Boiler systems • Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety regulations, and tools • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Passion for teaching and mentoring • Prior teaching experience is a plus (but not required)
