SUMMARY
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized Trade Marketing Coordinator who is responsible for the development, procurement, and distribution of all branded Point of Sale (POS) material across the Duvel USA portfolio in addition to setting up, tracking, and fulfilling all value offer and sweepstakes submissions. This highly visible role will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure Marketing deliverables arrive accurately and on-time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
POS Program Support
Spearhead the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of all branded merchandise for Duvel USA brands (Boulevard Brewing Company, Duvel, Chouffe, Brewery Ommegang) from custom tap handles to retail displays and apparel
Manage distributor trimester pre-orders and communicate results to Marketing leaders
Work closely with Marketing team members (Brand, Design) to develop new POS items and ensure all material meets brand standards
Coordinate warehousing and order fulfillment with internal Supply Chain team
Communicate with external vendors on orders, art proofs, and timelines
Maintain the POS catalog, ensuring correct inventory levels for all evergreen and seasonal items
Communicate regular updates to the Sales team regarding order windows, new items, and relevant programming
Field and fulfill requests from internal teams for one-off or event-specific POS material
Trade Program Support
Collaborate with Marketing brand leaders to develop and communicate annual trade marketing calendar, including value offers and consumer sweepstakes
Collaborate with regulatory team to develop compliant value offer and contest official rules, and communicate with Marketing digital team to publish sweepstake and value offer website pages
Track and fulfill all value offer and sweepstakes submissions and fulfill rewards and prizes in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate regular updates of value offer submissions and trade support budget tracking to Marketing leaders
Collaborate with National Accounts sales team on all IRC and Scan trade programs, execute necessary submission forms
Work closely with Marketing design team to develop all supporting digital and printed point of sale for MIR, IRC, scan and sweepstakes programs
Communicate with third party vendors to execute IRC, scan, and MIR rewards programs
Collaborate with sales team to collect print orders for IRC and scan programs and submit manifests to vendors
Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator to set up payment processing and correct budget coding for all trade program expenses
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years working in branded merchandise, procurement, marketing operations, or similar relevant experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with creative/design teams and production vendors
Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency with Excel
Comfortability with Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop) and art files
Strong alignment to company culture and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to collaborate and work well across internal departments
Strong communication skills
