    Job Summary:

    We’re seeking a dynamic Trade Show Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing MIE’s own trade shows from conception to post-event analysis. You’ll collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless event delivery and exceed exhibitor/attendee expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Pre-Event Planning

    Research industry trends and propose show themes, features, and floor plans.

    Manage exhibitor onboarding: contracts, payments, and booth assignments.

    Coordinate with vendors for logistics (venue, AV, catering, signage).

    Develop timelines, budgets, and project plans for each event.

    1. Exhibitor & Sponsor Management

    Serve as the main point of contact for exhibitors, addressing needs pre-show and on-site.

    Upsell sponsorships and premium booth placements.

    Organize exhibitor manuals and ensure compliance with event rules.

    1. On-Site Execution

    Oversee load-in, setup, and teardown, resolving issues in real time.

    Manage registration, attendee flow, and session schedules.

    Train and supervise temporary staff/volunteers.

    1. Post-Event & Reporting

    Collect exhibitor/attendee feedback and analyze event success metrics.

    Process post-show invoices and reconcile budgets.

    Identify improvements for future events.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

    Required 5+ years in trade show coordination, event planning, or hospitality (trade show organizer experience a plus).

    Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities and strong management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

    Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

    Proficiency in CRM systems,event software and MS Office.

    Willingness to travel as required for events.

    Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

    Preferred Skills

    Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in exhibitions.

    Knowledge of marketing strategies related to exhibitions.

    Familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite)

    Base Salary Range: $4200 - $5000 monthly

    Opptunities to earn extra sales Commission

    Commission Structure:

    3% commission on all closed sales

    No commission cap - unlimited earning potential
