The Trade Show Staff team plays an important role in creating a welcoming and engaging experience for attendees while supporting the successful execution of trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients and company brands in a professional manner during events and trade shows
• Welcome attendees and provide information about products and services
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Maintain presentation areas clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Answer questions from visitors and direct them to the appropriate team members
• Support event coordination and ensure a positive guest experience
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event goals and engagement targets
• Assist with promotional materials and event logistics as needed
