Our client is currently looking for a Permitting Project Manager in Fredericksburg, VA

Compensation: $75-85k salary + Bonus & Full Benefits including: Healthcare Insurance, Retirement & PTO package.

This person will have success in solving homeowners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment. The Permit Project Manager will also know the permit process in Fredericksburg VA and the parameters surrounding start-up construction phases. 

The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner.

What you will do:

-Assess, schedule, and supervise permits for homeowners

-Ensure that all repairs are made to the Client's  high standards

-Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns

-Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained

-Perform minor repairs

-Manage permits and the process of acquiring/issuing/etc. 

Qualifications Needed:

High School Diploma or GED

5+ years of new construction experience, residential highly preferred

Salary depending on experience: $65-75k + Bonus/home.
