Compensation Summary: $125-135k salary Plus Bonus Plus Benefits (see posting) along with allowances for telephone, automobile & fuel. Insurance & PTO offered in addition to compensation.

Overview & Basic PM Experience:

> Project Manager with Estimating/Preconstruction experience in Nashville for a local (Brentwood/Franklin) General Contractor. This is a direct-construction management position vs admin/documentation. The selected candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects (ground up / new) and familiar with all phases of preconstruction through buy-out and construction execution to c/o.

> Familiar with Timberline, Procore, Bluebeam or other similar estimating software system

> Local Nashville (Middle-Tn) owner relationships and exposure to dealing with Multifamily & Commercial developments.

> 5+ years or more of New Mid-Rise / Garden-Style or similar construction experience in Multifamily developments (New Construction experience is required)

> 4 year college degree or equivalent experience in construction management (or similar) is preferred.

> Currently Living in local Nashville / Brentwood / Franklin TN area

> Benefits, 401(k) and other incentive offered to selected candidate.

> Residential Homebuilding construction experience (only) will not be considered as equivalent or valid.

Position Summary

Manages daily operations including the project staff and subcontractors. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and budget parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

• 5+ years of Project Management construction experience required in multifamily construction industry (Large Apartment construction industry experience specifically ).
