Commercial Field Superintendent - Travel
Our Top-Tier National Commercial GC client is hiring for a Travel Superintendent!
They are seeking a Traveling Superintendent with at least 5 years’ work experience in commercial construction ( with an emphasis on site development and ground up experience). The right candidate will also have good computer skills and the ability to work well & develop relationships with trades/subs, staff & clients/owners.

Basic Overview:
They Prefer at least 5 years experience as Lead Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial building and build-outs and renovations.
Experience as a tradesman is preferred but not required
Work with PM and support staff to coordinate all trades & schedules.
Develop and maintain schedule's (Microsoft Project) and maintain costs/budget's
Conduct sub-contractor coordination meetings and develop meeting minutes, maintain daily reports
Read and comprehend building plans and drawings to detect potential issues
Computer skills, competent with Excel
