Position: Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager
Compensation: $115-135k Salary Range (DOE); Quarterly Bonus & Incentives, Full Insurance Package provided including Dental/Vision/Life; Auto Allowance per Month.

Our Nashville client is a design build firm seeking a local/Nashville Senior Project Manager for their commercial construction division. With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, the client has successfully delivered numerous projects and as they continue to grow and take on more complex projects, they are seeking a SPM to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview:
The company is looking for a SPM who will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion in collaboration with our design team and/or outside design professionals.The SPM will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and profitability of construction projects.
The ideal candidate will currently live in Nashville, have extensive experience in commercial construction management, strong project leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget for the client as well as good client/architect/subcontractor relationships in Middle-TN.
Responsibilities Overview:
1\. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the project team. Ability to understand project contracts and contractual obligations.
2\. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, including project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Provide leadership as it pertains to process improvement, efficiency solutions and improved operations and production.
3\. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
4\. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any cost overruns or deviations from the budget.
5\. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the overall success of the project.
6\. Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
7\. Safety: Promote and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
8\. Permitting and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are obtained and followed throughout the project.
9\. Change Management: Manage and evaluate change orders, assessing their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
10\. Progress Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, including progress reports, cost analysis, and risk assessments.
