Recruiter - Intern Overview The Recruiter Intern will be an integral member of the TradeGlobal Human Resources department. Through the course of the internship, you will learn how to execute the entire talent acquisition life cycle from start to finish and gain experience in sourcing job applicants, conduction interviews, and other human resource functions. Duties and Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Sourcing job applicants Assists the recruiting team with searching and identifying potential applicants for TradeGlobals open positions. You will manage job advertisements, network with job seekers, and create awareness about TradeGlobals career opportunities. * Conducting interviews Prescreens potential job applicants over the phone to find qualified TradeGlobals team members * .Reviews online applications Reviews incoming job applications and submits qualified applicants to hiring managers. * Administers online pre-employment assessments. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: * Must be a recent graduate or current junior or senior pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources, business management, organizational leadership, communication studies, or a similar degree. Technical Skills: * Must possess strong written and communication skills and interpersonal skills. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Must be competent in or able to learn all necessary computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and our Applicant Tracking System. * Must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
