Junior Associate - Trademark Clearance and Prosecution

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join our team in our Washington, D.C. office. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in trademark clearance and prosecution, with a focus on domestic and global trademark law.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct U.S. and international trademark prosecution, including preparing and filing trademark applications, responding to office actions, and managing trademark portfolios

• Provide day-to-day brand counseling to clients ranging from emerging companies to multinational businesses

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Stay up-to-date on developments in trademark law and regulatory changes

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in trademark clearance and prosecution in a law firm setting

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
