A highly respected law firm client is seeking a skilled Trademark Paralegal to join a dynamic IP team. This is a key in-office position working closely with the IP team in Atlanta, supporting a core group of five attorneys, as well as others across the U.S.

The ideal candidate will have solid trademark prosecution experience, including:

• Managing a full docket of trademark-related deadlines
• Conducting in-house trademark screening searches on the TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO Global Brand Database
• Preparing and filing U.S. trademark applications, renewal applications, non-substantive office action responses, use declarations, extensions of time, and other USPTO filings
• Filing documents with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and preparing non-substantive procedural filings for filing with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
• Preparing and filing international applications and extensions of international registrations with the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO)
• Copyright and trademark litigation experience a plus
• Experience with Anaqua or other docketing software
