A highly respected AmLaw 100 law firm client is seeking a skilled Trademark Paralegal to join a dynamic IP team. This is a key in-office position working closely with the IP team in Atlanta, supporting a core group of five attorneys, as well as others across the U.S.

Candidates can be based in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Ft Lauderdale, Houston, Miami, Northern Virginia, Orlando or Philadelphia.

The ideal candidate will have solid trademark prosecution experience, including:

• Managing a full docket of trademark-related deadlines
• Conducting in-house trademark screening searches on the TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO Global Brand Database
• Preparing and filing U.S. trademark applications, renewal applications, non-substantive office action responses, use declarations, extensions of time, and other USPTO filings
• Filing documents with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and preparing non-substantive procedural filings for filing with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board
• Preparing and filing international applications and extensions of international registrations with the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO)
• Copyright and trademark litigation experience a plus
• Experience with Anaqua or other docketing software
