ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll handle trademark searches and clearance, prosecution (application filing, office action responses), portfolio docket management, coordination with foreign counsel on international filings, and direct client communication on trademark matters for a diverse client base that includes major entertainment and gaming companies.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 5+ years as a trademark paralegal managing prosecution and client portfolios
\- Strong prosecution background: searches, clearance, application filing, office action responses
\- Experience managing client dockets in CPI or comparable docketing software
\- Comfortable with direct client communication on trademark matters
\- Familiarity with international trademark processes and coordination with foreign counsel
Tech Stack: CPI docketing system, USPTO database
Bar Admission: Not required (paralegal role)
