Responsibilities: Only seeking someone with experience who knows how to: • Perform exhaustive trademark searches per class(es)directed. • Provide a detailed one-page report on search results (unless the results themselves are self-explanatory without issues. • Prepare and submit of trademark application to the USPTO. • Assisting with office actions, compliance, and renewals. • Perform periodic searches for possible infringement involving specified trademarks. Qualifications: • At least three to five years experience as a trademark paralegal working for a firm or in-house • Training credentials regarding trademarks and trademark filings.
