Trademarketing Resources has an immediate need for a Licensing Representative to join our team. We are a well-established trademark licensing agency servicing clients in the automotive, outdoor recreation and powersports industries. We are looking for an experienced licensing representative to develop new licensing opportunities in a broad array of business channels that complement the brands we represent. You must be a self-motivated, professional who excels in exceptional customer service and is comfortable developing new business relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Researching and identifying licensee prospects based on targeted business models

· Recruiting new licensee prospects

· Participation in tradeshows and events for the purpose of promoting our clients’ brands

· Participation in tradeshows and events for the purpose of recruiting new licensees

· Introductory conversations with licensee prospects

· Development of presentations and proposals

· Negotiating of program terms and conditions

· Preparation of documents such as terms sheets, licensing agreements and contract amendments

· Daily interaction with clients

· Preparation of sales reports

· Serve as a liaison between our clients and licensees

· Assist licensees in their daily business needs as it relates to licensing programs

· On-going management of licensee relationships, with the objective of maximizing sales of existing licensed products

· Assist licensees in managing the process of new product development
