We are currently looking for our next team. Meet at our South Charlotte staffing office. We specialize in skilled trade staffing, but also touch base in many other positions. We are looking for that driven and optimistic teammate to help us with inside and outside sales to establish more jobs for our field teammates. We go out doing cold calls as well as inside sales. We are looking for someone energetic that would like to help participate in job fairs and business meets with customers as well as after hours events put on by collaborative connection driven teams in the Charlotte area. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by selling our construction staffing services to clients in the construction industry. You will be expected to prospect for new clients, build and maintain relationships, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients in the construction industry through various means, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. * Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored staffing solutions. * Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-up activities to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets. * Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiters and operations, to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of clients. * Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to identify business opportunities. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports using our CRM system. * Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team initiatives to contribute to the overall sales success. Requirements: * Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably in the construction industry or related field. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate the value of our staffing services. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics. * Knowledge of construction staffing and recruitment processes, including familiarity with skilled trades and labor roles, is highly desirable. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. * Ability to travel regularly locally for client visits or industry events, as needed.
