JOB OVERVIEW

Oversees and leads Early Childhood Ministry to 1. Create engaging, relevant, and memorable weekend experiences for preschoolers (birth-5 yrs) 2. Care for and empower volunteers to be the body of Christ through serving and taking their next right step 3. Engage parents to embrace their role as primary spiritual influencer in their home.

This position has growth potential and needs a creative, determined, and motivated individual that can lead large teams to inspire families to be the parents God has called them to be as well as nurture a faith in even the youngest of hearts.

Oversees and manages all Early Childhood (ECH) environments, small groups, families

Proven ability to recruit, shepherd, manage and lead a large team of volunteers

Highly motivated, self-starter that can see the big picture as well as dive down into the details.
