Identify and fix mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on trailers.
Perform routine maintenance, such as inspections.
Repair or replace components of the trailer’s systems.
Ensure that trailers meet DOT standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Communicate with customers or managers regarding repairs and maintenance.
Perform welding and fabrication work as necessary.
Using a forklift to unload and move trailers when necessary

Good communication skills
Familiar with all necessary safety equipment
Physically capable of working in demanding conditions
Able to sit, stand, bend, and lift to 50 lbs. regularly
Reliable, hardworking, and have a team player mentality
Able to drive a forklift safely moving trailers and unloading
