Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Inspect trailers for safety compliance and make necessary adjustments.
• Replace or repair damaged parts, including brakes, tires, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trailer maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a trailer mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of trailer systems, including hydraulics, electrical, and braking systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
