Job Title: Trainer

Work Schedule: 8-hour day, 50/50 hybrid

Rate: $40 to $45 per hour

Description

We are seeking an experienced Trainer (Level II) to join our team on a long-term project in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will have proven experience developing engaging training content and delivering effective learning programs across multiple formats and audiences. The Trainer will be responsible for creating SCORM-compliant content, conducting live training sessions, and ensuring all materials align with accessibility standards and organizational needs.

Mandatory Qualifications

1. Level II: Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Trainer.
2. 4–7 years of hands-on experience creating and delivering training for products across various audiences and technologies.
3. Demonstrated experience developing training content for multiple mediums, including print, eLearning, OnDemand videos, job aids, and SCORM-compliant training content.

Desirable Qualifications

1. 4–7 years of experience in Health and Human Services programs.
2. 4–7 years of experience creating and evaluating assessments and tracking KPIs (formative and summative) to measure learner comprehension and training effectiveness.
3. 4–7 years of experience with WCAG standards to ensure inclusive learning for all user groups.
4. Certification in instructional design, eLearning development, or adult learning strategies (e.g., ATD CPTD or Prosci certification preferred)
