Overview: The Administrative Specialist supports training programs by managing scheduling, tracking progress, and generating reports. This role ensures efficient operations and provides remote support to balance demands across sites, maintaining high standards of organization and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Schedule training sessions, coordinating facilities and resources to avoid conflicts.
Track participant and instructor progress using training management software, ensuring accurate data entry.
Generate reports on training outcomes, feedback, and schedules to support program goals.
Assist with security compliance, including clearance verification and data protection protocols.
Provide remote administrative support (e.g., tracking, scheduling) to other sites during peak periods.
Use data analytics tools and automated scheduling systems to optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree in business, IT, administration, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in administrative or security support, ideally within DoD or technical training environments.
Certifications: Proficiency in training management software and security compliance training (e.g., OPSEC/CUI).
Skills: Scheduling, data tracking, MS Office (Excel, Word), collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint), attention to detail.
Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Desired: Experience with multi-site coordination, automated reporting, and DoD training systems.
