We seek a Training and Support Specialist to create in-person and online training materials supporting various organizational initiatives and business units. This role is essential for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training content, ensuring employees can access engaging and informative learning resources. Candidates should have strong instructional design skills, technical expertise, and exceptional content development abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain online and in-person training content aligning with organizational objectives.
Create a variety of learning resources, including job aids, templates, tips, training videos, and microlearning materials to facilitate accessible and effective learning.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft comprehensive and engaging training curriculums.
Utilize voiceover tools and other multimedia techniques to enhance content delivery.
Facilitate and manage live virtual meetings, webinars, and events, ensuring interactive and engaging sessions meet learning goals.
Deliver training content clearly and professionally, ensuring it promotes understanding and active participation.
Partner closely with the Associate Director of Organizational Development and team members, including Training and Support Specialists, Learning and Development Consultants, and Organizational Development Consultants, to ensure cohesive development efforts.
Maintaining clear and professional communication, staying responsive to deadlines and project deliverables.
Research and implement best practices in instructional design, incorporating innovative methods to improve training delivery and learner engagement.
Oversee the administration and management of SharePoint pages related to training content, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
Leverage tools such as Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and MS Teams to design and deliver interactive and high-quality training content.
Continuously stay updated on new software, tools, and learning methodologies, sharing insights and updates with the team to keep training practices current.
Basic Qualification:
Proven expertise in instructional design, content development, and training delivery.
Skilled in creating training materials using Adobe Articulate (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to develop effective curriculums.
Proficiency in designing microlearning modules, training videos, and voiceover-enhanced e-learning content.
Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Excellent research abilities with a focus on staying current with industry trends.
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in SharePoint, Adobe Articulate, Camtasia, and MS Teams for training content creation.
Preferred Qualification:
Experience developing curriculums in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Experience creating microlearning modules and using voiceover tools for training videos.
Interest in continuously learning new software and sharing updates with the team.
