Job Description
Training Leadership & Program Delivery
- Lead and facilitate in-person Training School sessions for new and existing franchisees and consultants.
- Deliver virtual follow-up sessions, webinars, workshops, and network-wide educational programs.
- Provide up to two weeks of structured training for new franchise owners and consultants.
- Manage training logistics, materials, curriculum updates, and LMS content.
- Facilitate daily check-ins and ensure an engaging, high-quality learning experience.
- Identify training gaps and collaborate with the corporate team to enhance curriculum and educational resources.
- Participate in Discovery Day programs for prospective franchise candidates.
Office Launch & Field Support
- Travel to new franchisee offices to implement the Office Launch Program.
- Conduct face-to-face field visits to support operational setup and business growth.
- Assist franchisees with client appointments, networking events, and regional meetings.
- Identify challenges in the field and provide structured guidance to improve performance.
Business Advisory & Coaching
- Provide one-on-one coaching and strategic guidance to franchise owners.
- Analyze business plans, operational processes, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and expense management.
- Advise franchisees on growth strategies, profitability improvement, and value-building initiatives.
- Instruct on marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and local market traction.
- Support implementation of operational best practices across the network.
- Conduct monthly updates and edits to the brand-specific Success Guide as needed.
Brand Alignment & Network Support
- Partner with the corporate team to ensure training and field support remain aligned with brand standards, system updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends or recurring challenges within the network and provide feedback to leadership and support teams.
- Participate as a core team member in the Annual Exit Factor Conference and regional events, including travel and onsite support.
- Reinforce brand standards, operational consistency, and best practices across the franchise network.
Travel Requirements
- Up to 50% domestic travel, including franchise office visits, training sessions, and brand events such as the Annual Conference.
- Occasional international travel opportunities may arise.
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Must possess a credit card with sufficient available credit for reimbursable business travel expenses.
