Training Coordinator - Information Technology - Dallas
We’re hiring a Training Coordinator to support the delivery and coordination of employee training programs across our client's firm. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years of experience in training or instructional support — especially someone who enjoys both delivering sessions and handling the behind-the-scenes logistics that make learning stick.
You’ll assist the Director of Training and work closely with a small team of trainers. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and ideal for someone looking to deepen their skills in training coordination, LMS management, and tech adoption.
What You’ll DoSupport the delivery of new hire and ongoing technology training — both in-person and virtually
Create or update training guides, quick reference materials, and basic instructional videos
Track attendance, run reports, and manage course updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Help coordinate the team calendar, training schedules, and resource needs
Assist with rollout of new tools and technology upgrades firmwide
3+ years in a training support, instructional design, or learning coordinator role
Experience with webinars or virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical content
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and general comfort learning new software
Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms
