Overview
BryceTech is seeking a Training Specialist to support the International Trade Administration’s (ITA) Industry and Analysis (I&A) Office of Analysis and Strategy (OAS). The Training Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that build organizational capacity and enhance workforce performance. This role includes conducting needs assessments, preparing training materials, delivering courses and workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and needs assessments to develop and revise training programs.
Design course materials including outlines, background material, training aids, and student manuals.
Deliver training in various formats, including classroom instruction, workshops, and seminars.
Develop training catalogs and maintain accurate training records.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Support management in identifying future training requirements and aligning them with organizational objectives.
Prepare reports, track training activities, and ensure compliance with established training standards.
Provide feedback and recommendations to program leadership to enhance training outcomes.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in training design, development, and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to develop both instructor and student training materials.
Strong facilitation skills with experience conducting workshops, seminars, or classroom-based training.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and training tools/software.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
Experience with modeling, simulation, or prototyping tools for training purposes.
Familiarity with federal training standards and best practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training for diverse audiences.
Experience evaluating training effectiveness and integrating feedback into future program improvements.
Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
