Job Location: Linthicum, MD

Summary:

Responsible for designing and delivering training materials for Health and Human Services web applications. This includes developing course content, delivering training (in-person, virtual, hybrid), and collaborating closely with business and PMO teams. Individuals with prior MD THINK experience with the State of Maryland are highly preferred.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in training, information systems development, or related areas.

Strong communication and content development skills.

Familiarity with instructional design models and e-learning platforms.

Experience with Maryland Benefits systems and Health & Human Services programs preferred.

Specialized Skills Include:

Creating user-centric content and technical documentation.

Delivering engaging classroom and online training sessions.

Conducting training needs assessments and evaluating effectiveness.

Proficiency in MS Office, Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.

Supporting tech rollouts and organizational change through training.
