    Job Summary

    Training Wheels ABA is an innovative behavioral health clinic, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are proud to serve the Pflugerville, South Austin, and Dripping Springs communities through our mission of empowering and enriching the lives of the children we serve! Training Wheels focuses on Early Intervention, providing therapy to early learners between the ages of 18 months and 10 years old.

    Training Wheels ABA is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced REMOTE Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join and grow within our team!

    Responsibilities

    Manage and supervise a team of fellow BTs, RBTs, and kiddos (caseloads between 4-5)/ around 20 hrs/ week

    Assess, create, and develop Individualized Treatment Reports for kiddos, in a timely and efficient manner

    Conduct bi-weekly parent training with caregivers

    Work directly with kiddos, modeling program implementation for caregivers and staff

    Facilitate client and staff meetings, as needed

    Meetings with Clinical Directors/ Support from CD

    Qualifications

    An active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing.

    Hold and maintain applicable state-level credentialing for practicing BCBAs, if applicable.

    A minimum of three years' BCBA experience providing and supervising ABA services to individuals with autism (+1 year of experience as a REMOTE BCBA)

    Experience supervising behavior intervention programs.

    Strong organizational and leadership skills

    Superior relationship-building and communication skills.
