Position Overview / Purpose
The Training and Employee Experience Specialist for our LVMH Beauty North America Distribution Center is instrumental in cultivating a dynamic and engaging work environment that supports employee growth, operational excellence, and organizational success. This role strategically designs and implements comprehensive training and development programs, fosters a positive and inclusive employee experience, and ensures compliance with essential regulatory standards. The specialist will serve as a key partner to Human Resources and business leaders in talent development and retention.

Develop and deliver training modules focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to foster an equitable and respectful workplace environment.

This onsite role allows one remote day per week and requires a flexible schedule for training across all shifts.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $80,000.00 - $95,000.00.
