Trakref is a Software company based in Downtown Nashville. We are expanding our offerings to our clients and have a new service for tagging and labeling asset's that have coolant in them. You will be working in buildings for clients like Amazon, HEB, Alberstons, UBS Bank ETC...You will be traveling for this position . Your home base to will be Nashville but once you are trained , you can live any where. If you are right out of school or out of the Military this would be a great starting point for you.

What you would be doing.

Meeting face to face with the facility managers or the program director.

Learning where the assets are and tagging and labeling them to put into our software

Write out scopes of work for potential projects with our clients

Working with the CEO to come up with ideas for new services that you find out when in the field

Keeping track of all your expense when on the job

What you need to have to apply for this job

1: A great attitude and yes that is number one.

2: Excel or google sheets with working knowledge 

3: Tech Savvy is a must. You will be using a Ipad , cell phones and computers every day.

4: Must be able to walk 5 miles a day ( Some of these buildings are 100K SQ Feet) 

5: Climb ladders

6: Not afraid of heights , You may be on a roof.

7: Be a leader, our clients are looking at you as the authority .

8: Have basic knowledge of HVAC or refrigeration units to know they need to be tagged a big plus.
