QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

• 2+ years bookkeeping experience out of Real Estate or related Industry preferred
• Residential experience a plus
• Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Recs
• Experience with rent collections
• Experience with Security Deposits
• Yardi experience a plus
