Expanding and high-profile plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks several NY admitted Attorneys on the plaintif side. Hybrid litigator/manager capacity, managing associate attorneys and legal staff while contributing to the smooth operations of the Firm. Candidate must be able to case manage a varied commensurate caseload of complex premises, labor law, motor vehicle and the gamut of personal injury practice areas. Exceptional salary, commissions on cases as well as performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Caseload management
• Managing and mentoring associate attorneys ensuring aggressive litigation and the development and establishment of the elements of prima facie cases.
• Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in personal injury litigation and 3+ years of experience in the supervision and management of other attorneys and legal staff.
• Must have experience in litigating complex cases, including construction, labor law and premises cases.
• Must have acumen as in knowing how to make a prima facie case.
