Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assists the head of human resources with day to day administration.
· Supports the recruitment process and prepares offer letters.
· Conducts background checks and prepares new hires for on-boarding and assists with training plans.
· Processes new hires and terminations in ADP
· Maintains payroll input (deductions, garnishments) and all logistical aspects of delivery an accurate payroll.
· Enrolls employees with benefit vendors and reviews monthly billing.
· Runs monthly reports and maintains employee files and processes unemployment claims.
· Processes I-9 documentation and conducts routine audits.
· Maintains and updates data on SharePoint.
