Job Description
TransUS Solutions is seeking a Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. We are looking for a dedicated, experienced individual with a consultative sales approach and a focus on driving revenue. The Sales Representative will be responsible for but not limited to working with clients to develop relationships with current customers while developing new business through consistent and persistent prospecting to company provided leads. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, self starter who thrives in a face-paced sales environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage existing client relationships while providing a high level of customer service and product knowledge
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect for new business daily and track process with Salesforce
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Fulfill other work functions as may be deemed necessary
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields or 4 year degree
- Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage confidential information according to guidelines issued by company
- Excellent Math Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
