  • Responsibilities

    This position reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for contract audits, sales entry to key systems, maintaining contract deadlines, repair negotiations, communication between client and agent, legendary customer service to both client and agent, maintaining vendor relationships, and adherence to current systems. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work efficiently and effectively with little supervision and is a team player. This is an in-person position, full-time. Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from ratified purchase agreement to closing • Input client information into the database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance • Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs • Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title/closing attorney, lender, etc • Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions • Coordinate moving/possession schedules • Notify clients about utility accounts to set up/cancel • Maintain and cultivate relationships with our vendors. ie, lenders, inspectors, contractors, appraisers, and all agents • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to training procedures • Process closing checks and coordinate delivery to the Market Center Qualifications: • SC or NC Real Estate License • Preferred Real Estate industry experience • Keen organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly • A calm and resourceful demeanor when communicating with clients and agents • Customer service-oriented and approachable to people • Thorough knowledge of the buying and selling process Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
