    Do you have strong experience in real estate transaction coordination and administrative support and can execute at a high level with little to no training? If so, we should probably talk! An experienced Transaction Coordinator / Executive Assistant is needed for a top-producing real estate team in the Cherry Hill, NJ area (this has a hybrid working setup, and you must live near Cherry Hill). With the help of this individual, the agents are looking to focus more on selling real estate and much less on the back-end and daily operational tasks. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (flexible for the right candidate) Paid Time Off Stipend Benefits Responsibilities: • Manage transactions from contract to close with accuracy and compliance • Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors • Maintain TMS, CRM, listing coordination, and marketing support • Provide high-level executive and administrative support • Streamline operations and anticipate team needs • Ensure clients have an exceptional, seamless experience Qualifications: • 2–3+ years in residential real estate transaction coordination • Experience managing high-volume transactions • Tech-savvy: CRM, Dotloop/SkySlope, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office • Excellent communicator, extremely detail-oriented, and proactive • Has reliable equipment and a conducive space for remote work • Local to East Cherry Hill area (within 25 minutes) Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 base salary
