    Our real estate company is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities: • Arrange for and attend events regarding the closing process, including moving schedules • Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed • Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently • Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity • Coordinate communication between agents, customers, and other parties regarding all settlement-related paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Qualifications: • Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred • Real estate license preferred • Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred • Passionate about providing excellent customer service Compensation: $41,500 - $52,000 yearly
