As a Transaction Coordinator with Docs In a Row, you will manage real estate files from contract to close and ensure every detail is handled with precision. You’ll arrange inspections, assist with escrow documentation, schedule repairs, track deadlines, and make sure offers and counteroffers are executed accurately and on time. Docs In a Row, led by Dawna Eshleman, supports real estate agents with high-volume, contract-to-close services. We are seeking someone who brings heart, grit, and an exceptional eye for detail. You must be licensed or willing to obtain your real estate license, and we are open to training the right person, because for us, talent, attitude, and work ethic matter most. This position works out of the Exton Keller Williams office Tuesday–Wednesday–Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday (non-negotiable). Compensation • Base salary range: $52,000 – $56,160 • Estimated bonus income: $9,000 – $10,000 (based on ~180 closings) • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Input client and transaction information into the system, track all contract milestones, and submit required documents for broker compliance • Oversee all administrative tasks related to buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement through closing • Arrange home inspections, coordinate access, schedule repairs, and assist in negotiating inspection responses • Ensure offers, counteroffers, and all addenda are correct, complete, and fully executed • Assist with escrow documentation and ensure all contractual timelines are met • Communicate consistently with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors to ensure a smooth and successful closing process • Arrange and support closing-related appointments, including walkthroughs and key exchanges • Manage post-closing communication and maintain repeat-client systems • Keep the lead agents and team informed regarding any issues, problems, or delays in the transaction • Assist with team systems, processes, and operational improvements as needed • Manage all incoming and outgoing communication, leads, referrals, and track sources of business • Maintain and update calendars and appointments for multiple team members • Provide customer service, consult with clients, problem-solve closing issues, and support a high-level client experience • Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate necessary services • Support the company in managing office logistics, organization, and process implementation • Maintain a high level of detail, accuracy, and accountability for every file you touch Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High-level organizational and project management abilities • Heart, grit, service-based attitude, and commitment to excellence • Licensed or willing to obtain a real estate license (required; support provided) • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Comfortable handling strong personalities and maintaining professional communication • Extremely detail-oriented; must love checklists and completing a large volume of tasks • Learning-based, coachable, and eager to grow • Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards • A “CAN and WILL DO” attitude—willing to step in wherever needed to support the team’s success Compensation: $61,000 – $66,000+ OTE
