Transaction Coordinator for #1 Real Estate Team We’re looking for a Transaction Coordinator to help support our busy real estate team in our Anacortes office. While we love having our people in-house, we’re open to a remote setup for someone who’s an exceptional fit. In this role, you’ll guide our files from contract to close—preparing and tracking paperwork, coordinating inspections and repairs, communicating with escrow, and keeping clients and agents on track every step of the way. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific. If you’re a strong communicator, thrive in the details, and enjoy working with people, this could be the next step you’ve been looking for. We’d be grateful to have you on the team—apply today! Responsibilities: • Collect required signatures and documentation from clients to keep each transaction moving forward. • Prepare, organize, and manage all real estate transaction documents with accuracy and care. • Ensure every file meets local and state compliance standards. • Communicate and coordinate with lenders, appraisers, surveyors, title companies, and other partners throughout the process. • Track and manage all contract dates, deadlines, and deliverables. • Review current systems and workflows, offering thoughtful ideas for improvement. • Serve as a consistent point of contact for cooperating agents, lenders, title reps, and all parties involved—from contract to close. • Manage a high-volume pipeline of 50–80 transactions each month. • Maintain an up-to-date company transaction deadline calendar. • Keep all transaction records organized and current. • Distribute necessary documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner. • Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and related appointments. • Follow up on repair items and work orders to ensure completion. • Adhere to company transaction checklists and processes. • Support the team leader with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum of one year of experience in a real estate administrative or support role. • Strong understanding of Purchase Sale Agreements. • Solid grasp of the full real estate transaction workflow. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Open to cross-training and stepping in to support teammates when needed. • Sharp critical thinking skills and a high level of attention to detail. • Tech-savvy, organized, and committed to maintaining accurate, compliant records. • Friendly, professional phone presence. • Strong spelling, grammar, and overall communication polish. • Methodical, diligent, and consistent in completing required tasks. • Confident working in web-based software and digital systems. • Comfortable setting up and implementing a new transaction management platform. Compensation: $18 - $25 hourly
