We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process and work all contracts at a high level from start to finish
- Communicate with all parties of the contract as needed including, but not limited to the agent, assistants, cooperating agents and their assistants or TC, attorney, lender, clients.
- Routinely update the entire team on updates, deadlines, etc. to the contract.
- Circulate paperwork, amendments, and all required documents between appropriate parties
- Update and maintain spreadsheets and tracking systems with contract timeline
- Update MLS systems as necessary
- Check in with clients weekly during contract process
- Schedule closing with appropriate parties
- Respond to all calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner
- Check in with clients post-closing and ask for reviews/referrals as needed
