The Leverage Centre (TLC) is seeking a Transaction Management Coordinator to support real estate agents by managing the contract-to-close process with accuracy, professionalism, and care. This role is critical to agent success — you'll be the calm, reliable partner ensuring transactions close smoothly and that agents can focus on what they do best: serving clients and growing their business. As a Transaction Management Coordinator, you’ll handle the day-to-day administrative tasks that come with managing real estate transactions. You'll work with a variety of agents and vendors, track important deadlines, and ensure that all files are compliant and complete. This is a fast-paced role where your attention to detail and communication skills make all the difference. Compensation: • Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 (bonus potential) • Paid Time Off • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Manage multiple real estate transactions from contract to close • Communicate with agents, title companies, lenders, inspectors, and clients to ensure all milestones are met • Collect, review, and submit required documents for compliance • Keep transaction timelines updated and proactively manage deadlines • Provide weekly updates to clients and agents • Maintain accurate transaction records using management software (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, Brokermint, Open to Close) • Ensure compliance with brokerage policies and local real estate regulations • Support agent onboarding to TLC’s services, as needed Qualifications: • 1+ year of experience in real estate transaction coordination, real estate admin, or a related field • Strong organization and multitasking skills • Clear, professional communication style (written and verbal) • Tech-savvy with ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly • Experience with CRMs or transaction software preferred • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines • High integrity and a service-first mindset Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 bonus potential
