SCHEDULE: Mon- Fri 8-5pm
PAY RANGE: $24.65 an hour paid weekly

Line of Business Description:
Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support that drives the client experience for Wealth Management advisory partners and their clients. Within WMO, the Investment and Monetary Controls teams execute manual processes and monitor automated processes to accurately maintain adherence to requirements established by product type, transaction type, contracts or
regulations such as ensuring the value of collateral remains sufficient, trade information matches across all trading systems, and invoices are correct per a contract.
Team Description:
Upon the receipt of a trade correction request, the Error Control team ensures the monitoring, maintenance, and reporting of trade errors and corrections. Once the client account is corrected, the team manages the transaction to settle the activity and allocate the associated PNL. These activities are performed when instructions are received from Wealth Management offices, Investment Managers, or internal business units.
A successful Transaction Management Operations Analyst on this team:
• Performs a review and reconciliation of trade correction requests and related account activity and resolves any gaps, then submits market orders based on the instructions provided in the request within the established guidelines and procedures.
• Researches and resolves trade errors and discrepancies received through trade correction requests from branch offices, internal business units, or external investment managers, according to the established guidelines and procedures, and engaging support partners as needed.
• Responds to internal and external partner inquiries related to trade corrections and error resolution via email, phone, or workflow systems and escalates more challenging issues to leadership as needed.
• Understands the process flow from end to end including the reasons for each step, the process controls, the risks within the process and the upstream/downstream impacts of their work based on an understanding the work impacts other operational units.
Job Description:
This job is responsible for moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. Key responsibilities include reconciliation, settlement, and trade and transfer support, and providing quality service and operations support for internal business partners and external clients, in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Job expectations include handling in operational processes which may carry medium to high levels of monetary risk and assisting in training less experienced team members.
