    Transaction Coordinator / Productivity Coach (TC/PC) – $40,000–$50,000 Base | Up to $70,000 OTE | Full-Time Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others achieve their goals? Keller Williams Realty is looking for a talented Transaction Coordinator / Productivity Coach to join our thriving Market Center. In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll manage real estate transactions from contract to close while coaching agents to grow their businesses and supporting our team’s recruiting and retention efforts. You’ll combine operational excellence with the heart of a coach, keeping transactions on track while inspiring agents to reach their next level. Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination • Manage all real estate transactions from contract to close • Communicate with agents, clients, title, and lenders to ensure timely closings • Maintain organized files and compliance in Command and other systems • Track deadlines and ensure necessary documents are completed and submitted • Provide consistent, high-level client service throughout the transaction process Productivity Coaching • Coach and mentor new and developing agents to increase production and confidence • Hold one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on lead generation, systems, and mindset • Track agent performance metrics and provide regular progress updates • Assist agents in goal setting, time blocking, and business planning • Support the implementation of KW models, tools, and resources Recruiting & Retention Support • Assist with recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging potential talent • Support onboarding and orientation of new agents • Help drive Market Center culture by celebrating wins, organizing events, and encouraging growth • Participate in career night events, social media outreach, and follow-ups with recruits Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination or operations • Coaching, mentoring, or training experience strongly preferred • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Confident and service-oriented mindset with a drive for results • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Familiarity with KW Command, Dotloop, DocuSign, and MLS systems (preferred) • Growth mindset and passion for real estate • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred • Real estate license is required Compensation: $70,000 OTE
