    We’re looking for a full-time Transaction Manager to support two of Chester County’s most respected real estate organizations — the Moore Maguire Team (MMT) and DoorLife (DL). This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating a smooth, stress-free experience for clients and agents alike. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Transaction & Compliance Management • Manage all aspects of residential real estate transactions from contract to close. • Track important dates and ensure every file is accurate and compliant. • Collaborate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and title companies to keep transactions on schedule. • Maintain compliance with broker standards using Command and Dotloop. Document & File Management • Prepare, review, and organize contracts, addenda, disclosures, and closing documents. • Ensure every file is complete, compliant, and up to date. • Maintain digital records and quality-control systems for accountability. Communication & Client Care • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during escrow and closing. • Keep clients and agents informed with timely updates and clear communication. • Coordinate with vendors, inspectors, and stagers to ensure every step runs smoothly. Systems & Administrative Support • Maintain accurate data in Brivity, Command, Dotloop, and MLS systems. • Generate reports, track performance, and support leadership with operational updates. • Assist with listing coordination and property marketing logistics. Growth & Continuous Improvement • Look for ways to streamline systems and elevate the client experience. • Bring a positive, growth-oriented mindset to every task. • Participate in ongoing team training and process refinement. Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or operations. • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate contracts and compliance requirements. • Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Brivity, Dotloop, Command, and MLS systems preferred. • A calm, professional demeanor — even under pressure. • Team-oriented attitude with a service-first mindset.
