Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination • Serve as the main point of contact between our team, title companies, sellers, lenders, and buyers to keep all deals on track • Monitor and follow up daily on outstanding items from any party involved in a deal • Proactively solve problems: clear title issues, handle addendums, coordinate closings , and make sure everyone is aligned • Ensure every transaction is properly entered, tracked, and updated in our CRM (Podio) • Create simple workflows and checklists to streamline project management and reduce delays Admin Support • Assist with team growth efforts, including hiring support and coordination • Jump in on ongoing projects and operational tasks as needed • Provide flexible support across departments to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently Qualifications: • 2+ years in operations, logistics, real estate, or project coordination • Strong communicator, clear, concise, and proactive • Excellent with deadlines, follow-through, and multitasking • Organized and detail-oriented, nothing slips through the cracks • Problem-solver who takes ownership and finds solutions • Resourceful, you Google before you ask, and know how to use ChatGPT • Tech-savvy, CRM/project tools (Podio preferred) • Self-starter with urgency and drive Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus & Commissions
