We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in a wide range of transactional and commercial legal matters, including: • Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents • Assisting with mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions • Coordinating due diligence processes and managing transaction closings • Providing support for entity formations, registrations, and ongoing compliance • Conducting legal research and analysis to support transactional work • Collaborating with attorneys to ensure the successful completion of client matters Qualifications: The following are requirements to be successful in this role: • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, with a focus on business/corporate law • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a transactional/corporate paralegal under an attorney in a law firm setting • Candidates should possess exceptional attention to detail and high-level organizational & time-management skills • Proficiency in legal research, document drafting, and contract management • Talented communicator & writer • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
