    A Tier-1 commercial real estate firm is seeking a Transactions Manager to join their rapidly growing team. Supporting the Acquisitions and Dispositions teams, this role will also play a crucial part in supporting recapitilizations and financing.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the entire transaction process of acquisitions and dispositions, from underwriting and pre-due diligence to contract preparation, collection and validation of due diligence, establishing and administration of electronic data rooms, coordination of third-party consultants, and all pre-closing, closing and post-closing activities
    • Work with lenders, legal teams, investor, brokers and in-house operations team to coordinate acquisition financing and refinancing
    • Prepare presentation materials for Investment Committee, Investors and Partners
    • Lead meetings and presentations with asset management team to coordinate property and financials transition to asset management, property management and accounting teams

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or related field
    • 6+ years of related real estate transactions experience, preferable on the commercial and/or industrial sectors   
    • Excellent communication skills and thrives in a collaborative environment
    • Highly proficient across Excel, PowerPoint and the entire Microsoft Office Suite
    • Yardi and Argus experience a plus, but not required
