    • This position is 100% commission-based with opportunities for monthly & yearly bonuses. • REMOTE • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN LOCATED WITHIN THE U.S. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead, manage, and build their own Life Insurance Agency. As the Agency Owner, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring the overall success of the agency. This role requires a combination of leadership, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of life insurance products. Responsibilities: • Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims • Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed • Recruit, train, develop, and supervise life insurance agents with high potential and turn them into top performers to gain new customers and drive sales • Oversee the financial performance of the branch office to ensure we’re meeting sales targets • Leverage actuary data to strategically set premiums and maximize branch profit and use predictive modeling to determine risk and liability of payment of future benefits • Lead and manage a team of insurance agents, providing guidance and support. • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote life insurance products. • Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in insurance laws and regulations. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Provide expert advice to clients on suitable life insurance policies based on their needs. • Manage the financial aspects of the agency, including budgeting and financial reporting. • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service. • Implement technology tools to streamline processes and enhance agency efficiency. • Conduct regular performance evaluations for agents and implement incentive programs. • Network with other professionals and organizations in the insurance industry. • Uphold high ethical standards and integrity in all business practices. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance • Strong knowledge of the standard types of life insurance and insurance plans, including term life, whole life, universal life, variable life, variable universal life, simplified issue life, guaranteed issue life, final expense, and group life, current life insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance. • Strong leadership and managerial skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Sales and marketing experience. • Life Insurance License Required. Multiple states a plus. Compensation: 250,000+ at plan commission
