As a Life Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients secure their financial futures through tailored life insurance solutions. Responsibilities: • Prospect and generate leads through various channels to identify potential clients. • Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to understand their financial goals and insurance needs. • Present and explain life insurance options to clients, recommending policies that align with their requirements. • Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and assist them in making informed decisions. • Customize insurance plans based on individual client profiles and provide accurate policy quotes. • Guide clients through the application and underwriting process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and changes in insurance laws and regulations. • Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training and development programs. • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • Proven sales experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products in a clear and concise manner. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and ethical standards. • Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (must be obtained or in the process of obtaining). Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
